CTG Holding along with local partners, Bembani, Eitan Establishment and a group of private investors, who are active in the African market, have established CTG South Africa as a subsidiary of CTG Holding. CTG South Africa was incorporated in 2010 and became fully operational in 2011.

CTG SA will offer to the African market the entire CTG portfolio of proven technologies. The initial focus of CTG SA will be within select areas of the South African municipal sector offering waste water solutions. CTG SA will ultimately evolve into the provision of water, waste water and biogas solutions to municipalities and industries.

Mr. Gregory Mokgholwa was appointed as acting CEO at CTG SA. Mr. Mokgholwa is a highly experienced manager from the water utility industry in South Africa. Prior to joining CTG SA, Mr. Mokgholwa held the position of the Free State Regional Manager at the Water Sanitation Services of South Africa, where he also held the position of operations manager for 3 years. In addion, Mr. Mokgholwa began his career at the East Rand Water Care Company, ERWAT, where he held the position of Regional Works Manager. Mr. Mokgholwa holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Water Utilization, both from the University of Pretoria in South Africa.
